Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. The full product runs on your own LinkedIn account or a managed profile we provide. One trial per person.
What does ‘active LinkedIn profile’ mean?
A profile that is running an outreach campaign at that moment. You can connect as many profiles as you want — the plan limit only applies to how many run simultaneously. Pause a campaign and that slot frees up.
Can I change plans after signing up?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from the billing page at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.
What's included in the Dedicated Success Manager?
Growth, Pro, and Enterprise plans include a named contact at SolveEase who helps with campaign setup, ICP targeting, message review, and ongoing optimisation. They're reachable via email and WhatsApp.
Can I run campaigns on a managed LinkedIn profile instead of my own?
Yes. On any plan you can ask us to run your campaigns on a dedicated, pre-warmed LinkedIn profile that we manage. Your personal and company accounts are never touched. Ask about this on the setup call.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly. Enterprise pricing is custom and negotiated directly. You can cancel from the billing page at any time — your access continues to the end of the paid period.
