• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

Intellectual Property

Fleets, Mridu, SolveEase, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your data and content.

Fees and Payments

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are defined in your agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information and use it only to deliver the services.

Disclaimer

Services are provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fleets, Mridu, and SolveEase will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate according to the agreement terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ends.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi shall have jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
